What we cannot do
We cannot change a booking, cancel a booking, issue a refund, reissue tickets, change names, or move your entry time. Use the manage-booking link in your confirmation email, the provider app or account, or the voucher from the seller.
- Booking changes and cancellations: use the booking platform or operator
- Refunds: contact the seller or tour provider named on your receipt
- Entry questions for a live booking: contact the provider that issued it
- Operator availability and tour operations: contact the attraction or tour company directly
Already booked?
If you booked through a third-party platform or the attraction’s own website, start with the confirmation email, voucher, or account page you received at checkout. That is where manage-booking tools and support contacts are usually listed. We do not have access to provider booking records.
How this site makes money
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission. That usually does not add extra cost to you. Affiliate links do not make us the official seller or operator.

How we handle corrections
If you report a wrong fact, we check it against the relevant official source and update the page if the report is correct. A factual correction does not need to be a complaint. It is always welcome.
