Editorial Policy
This page explains how we choose what to publish, how we check facts, and how we handle mistakes. It also explains the role of our booking partner, GetYourGuide, and why affiliate income never changes order, wording, or advice.

Accademia Gallery Tickets is an independent travel guide. We do not run the Accademia Gallery, sell tickets ourselves, or manage entry, refunds, or booking changes.
Where our facts come from
We use three main sources: official attraction and operator pages, transport authorities when travel access matters, and the product data shown by our booking partner. We use the most direct source for each fact.
- Official attraction rules win for entry, access, and visitor information.
- Operator or product data win for ticket details, inclusions, and booking terms for that option.
- If sources disagree, we do not blend them into a guess.
How we choose and order products
We select products that match the way travellers book the Accademia Gallery: timed entry, guided visits, audio guides, and combined tickets. We order them by usefulness to the reader, not by commission.
Affiliate income does not buy a better position, a better price callout, or a more positive description. Paid placement does not change the order on this site.
How we show prices, ratings, and reviews
Prices, ratings, and review counts can change after we publish. We show them as starting points, not fixed promises.
- The price you see may change before checkout.
- Ratings and review counts can rise or fall as new reviews arrive.
- Final terms come from the booking page you open.
How we use reviews
We read reviews as evidence. They help us spot delays, entrance confusion, access issues, and common problems with the visit. We do not quote reviews as if one traveller speaks for everyone.
One strong complaint or one strong praise can still matter, but only when it matches other evidence or a clear pattern.
What happens when we find an error
If we find a mistake, we correct it as soon as we can. That includes wrong prices, outdated access notes, broken links, and any page that no longer matches the booking option or visitor rules.
When a correction affects planning, we update the page and keep the wording plain. If a fact cannot be verified, we remove it rather than leave a doubtful detail in place.
What you should check before you book
Always check the booking page before you pay. That is the final source for the ticket you are buying, including any limits, language, timing, or entry rules tied to that option.
- Timed entry is easy to misread, so check the slot carefully.
- Guided tours and entry tickets are not the same thing.
- Special exhibition access may be separate.
Legal and trust notes
This page is for transparency and does not replace the booking provider’s own terms, which govern any purchase. Your consumer rights against the seller are not changed by our editorial policy, and local law may give you extra rights depending on where you live.
We never claim official status, and we never control availability, admission, or customer service for bookings made elsewhere.
